I had a cozy stay in a Queen Suite with a spa bath, which had lovely french doors that opened right onto a breezy boardwalk. The outdoor swimming pool and a serene garden area provided great spots to relax after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the place could use some updating, but it still offers a welcoming vibe for a chill getaway! 🌊

The view from our room was beautiful. It was nice to be close to the lake. We enjoyed walking around the area and exploring the local attractions. The place has potential, and it's nice to see updates happening. It reminded me of road trips I take in Italy, where scenery often makes the difference.
The entire property seems outdated. The bathroom had issues with the toilet, and staff response was lacking. We had to deal with the problem ourselves, which wasn't ideal. It felt unsettling when the owner became defensive over a simple request.

Couples looking for a unique stay
So, I made a reservation for over a month in advance at this quirky little place. The hot tub in my room was quite the amenity, felt so nice after a long day. And man, that sunset view from the deck? Absolutely incredible! !
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's still somewhat acceptable.

The stay was decent overall, especially given the beautiful location near the lake and the nicely shaded outdoor pool. Our Queen Suite with Spa Bath had a lot of space, and we appreciated the extra towels provided. However, there were issues with older amenities like peeling paint and some needed repairs which detracted from the experience. Still, it was a cozy place to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby trails.
